How it works

Set your mentor profile

Turn on mentorship from your coach dashboard, set out your experience, the areas you mentor in and your availability.

Developing coaches request you

Coaches looking to grow browse mentor-eligible coaches and send you a mentorship request to work with you.

Mentor through sessions and earn

Review their work, run 1-on-1 and group sessions, and earn from every mentorship you take on.

Who can mentor

Mentorship is for established coaches.

Mentoring is open to Level 3 and Level 4 coaches only. These are the platform's most experienced tiers — state-level, national pathway and high-performance coaches — the people developing coaches most want to learn from. If you're Level 1 or 2, keep building your athlete coaching; mentorship unlocks as you progress.

What you earn

Mentoring will earn on top of your athlete coaching income, with payouts on the same schedule. Pricing and the revenue split will be confirmed before the pathway opens.
