Coach membership is one flat monthly subscription set by your coaching level. Higher tiers unlock premium packages, priority placement and mentoring. You keep 80% of every athlete package on top of that.

Your subscription is the only fixed monthly cost. You keep 80% of every athlete package — build your own income on top of any tier. Your exact subscription amount is shown before you confirm.
These are two separate things: your tier subscription keeps your profile live and reviewing, and the 80/20 split applies only to what athletes pay for their packages. You're never charged both on the same dollar.
