Log into your athlete dashboard, tap the + button, select your video file (MP4, MOV or AVI), choose the skill category and add notes for your coach. Your coach is notified immediately.

Most coaches respond within 48 hours. Each coach's turnaround time is displayed on their profile so you know what to expect before you subscribe.

Athletes subscribe monthly to one of three bundles per coach. Starter is $40–$120/mo, Standard is $145–$337/mo, and Pro is $249–$569/mo — the range depends on the coach's tier (Level 1 Development through to Level 4 Elite). You can switch bundles or cancel anytime.

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Browse coaches, subscribe to a new one or cancel anytime from your athlete dashboard.

You keep 80% of every athlete subscription. A Level 2 Representative coach with 10 athletes on the Standard bundle earns ~$1,544/month after commission. At Level 4 Elite, the same setup earns ~$2,696/month. Your earnings scale with both your athlete base and your tier.

Sign up, complete your profile — bio, qualifications, coaching style — let our AI recommend your tier, select your packages and go live. Takes about 10 minutes.

Open the athlete's video in our review tool. Draw annotations on the video, record a voiceover, adjust playback speed (0.5x–2x), go frame by frame and write detailed feedback. Everything is sent back to the athlete.

Yes. Pause new athlete requests anytime from your dashboard — for a holiday, busy period or any reason. Existing athletes are unaffected.

Level 3 and Level 4 coaches can apply to become a Coach Mentor — offering 1-on-1 session reviews to other coaches and hosting weekly group Zoom sessions. Apply from your dashboard.

CoachAnywhere's live session platform. Elite coaches and athletes present sessions on coaching philosophy, game tape analysis, athlete journeys and performance science — the knowledge you can't get from a certificate.

Elite coaches and athletes — NBL coaches, A-League academy directors, state representatives, Olympic pathway staff and high performance specialists selected by CoachAnywhere.

$49/month gives you unlimited access to all live sessions across both streams, the full recordings library and the ability to ask questions live during sessions.

Yes. All sessions are recorded and added to the on-demand library. Pass holders can watch any recording anytime. Single ticket holders get access for 30 days after purchase.
